Hi, I’m Eman!

I’m your honest, no-BS naturopath & nutritionist.

I am passionate about simple, realistic nutrition that is fun, easy to implement, culturally inclusive and achievable for everyday people. Following COVID-19, The online space became saturated with fake gurus and experts, giving out harmful and ableist advice that filled and continues to bombard our social media feeds. We are exposed to nutrition and health misinformation daily. As a health practitioner with extensive education and currently undertaking a master’s degree, I understand how valuable it is to work with someone that appreciates evidence-based practice, is patient-centered, and has the adequate expertise you can trust and rely on. That means your first appointment won’t include a prescription of celery juice, parasite cleanses and 213233884 fairy dust & unicorn fur supplements (win win for everyone)!

My personal experience navigating adult ADHD and PCOS have also led to a passion working with women’s health conditions, mental wellbeing and supporting neurodiverse people with the challenges that meet them on their paths. I will meet and support you wherever you are on your health journey, and I’ll always be sure to throw in some occasional banter and light-hearted humour along the way!
