Welcome to a unique collaboration between Aula Idris, Pelvic Physiotherapist and Eman Allouche, Naturopath & Nutritionist
This interactive workshop is designed for pregnant women in their third trimester or leading up to their third trimester to empower and educate them on how to cultivate a healthy birth and labour.
Whether this is your first pregnancy or fifth, we aim to educate you with the latest evidence-based information so that you can go into labour confidently and understand your body’s physiological needs. We will also touch on recovery in the first 6 weeks postpartum. All attendees will receive goodie bags, light lunch and have an opportunity to ask questions. This workshop is on the 5th of May 2024 at 9:30am AEST for 3 hours and is $129.00 (early bird; price will increase to $150 1 week prior). It is IN-PERSON at Studio Take Care, Brunswick VIC.

Meet Eman & Aula
Hi, I’m Eman: Naturopath and Nutritionist. I consult in a virtually and run workshops in the space of women’s health, mental health and neurodivergence, and volunteer with local community initiatives outside of the work sphere. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and preparing for my very own first labour, so you can imagine how passionate I am about this workshop! It will be my final workshop pre-maternity leave.
Hi, I’m Aula: an experienced women’s and pelvic health physiotherapist with over 7 years of experience working with women during their pregnancy and postpartum care. I am passionate about women feeling empowered in their pregnancy/births to make educated decisions about their care and advocate for themselves. I believe through movement, community and education is the key to better health and wellbeing. I am excited to be a part of your journey to health and wellbeing.
